Quick Chili Recipe - Mount Pisgah UMC (Trinity Soup Kitchen)

Ingredients:
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 2 (19 oz.) cans of red kidney beans or chili beans
- 2 (19 oz.) cans black beans
- 2 (28 oz.) cans diced tomatoes
- 2 small onions, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
Fry ground beef and onion until cooked.
Drain fat.
Add kidney beans, black beans and seasonings.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low and simmer 10-15 minutes.
